What is Coaching?

You may have just a vague idea of what coaching is, and that's fine, because as you progress you will gain greater clarity and awareness.
A coach will often be described as a sports coach, voice coach, a mentor or a trusted advisor. Coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping you determine and achieve your personal goals. Coaching is a relationship which is designed and defined in a relationship agreement between a client and a coach. It is focused on your expressed interests, goals and may use inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help identify personal and/or business goals and develop strategies, relationships and action plans to achieve those goals. As your coach I will provide a place for you to be held accountable to yourself by monitoring your progress towards implementing your action plans. During the course of the coaching journey your plan may evolve and modify to best suit your needs and environmental relationships.

I offer a range of coaching service to support people in making positive changes in their lives. I have specialised in Transition Coaching and Life Balance Coaching. I am based in London and conduct most of my sessions via phone or Skype as well a new e-coaching course, meaning I can coach you wherever you are. Face to face coaching can be arranged on an individual basis
